Terms of Use

The service

GoJacked helps you plan strength training, log sets and track progress. Operator: Romashka sole proprietorship (IIN 000000000000), support@example.com. We may add, change and remove features.

Your account

• Use your own valid email and do not share your password.
• One account is for one person. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• If you suspect your account was accessed by someone else, change your password and contact us.

Health

GoJacked does not give medical advice. Estimated one-rep maximums, goals and suggestions are estimates, not instructions. Consult a doctor before starting or changing training, especially if you have health conditions. You train at your own risk.

Your data

Everything you enter belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service — see the Privacy Policy for details.

What is not allowed

• trying to access other people's accounts or data;
• disrupting or overloading the service or bypassing its protections;
• bulk-downloading data by automated means;
• using the service in breach of the law.

Price

GoJacked is free today. Some features may become paid in the future. We will give at least 30 days' notice, and the data you have already entered will stay available to view and delete.

Availability

We work to keep the service running without interruptions or errors, but provide it “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance breaks and updates may happen.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, injuries or loss of data arising from use of the service.

Intellectual property

The design, code, name and content of GoJacked belong to the operator or are used under licence.

Deletion and suspension

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, notifying you by email where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the court at the operator's location.

Changes

The date of the latest version is shown at the top. We will announce material changes in advance; by continuing to use the service after they take effect, you accept them.
